Job Description
Robertson Stephens Wealth Management, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Vice President to research, design, and develop computer software solutions or specialized utility programs. Analyze user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis. Update software or enhance existing software capabilities. May work with other programmers to integrate software systems and build integrations between various applications. Develop metrics and dashboard to track system performance, adoption and business results. May maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.
Job responsibilities and duties include:
- Design, develop, document, test and modify ongoing customization and adjustments to Salesforce.com platform. Maintain and enhance workflows and functionality within the system environment and as Salesforce.com integrates with other key operational systems.
- Leverage Salesforce tools including Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Components to develop new capabilities and enhance existing functionalities.
- Build workflows and applications specific to different user groups including sales, investments, trading, compliance and operations departments.
- Consult with different business areas and users to manage and implement Salesforce development priorities.
- Work with our management team to establish suitable administrative processes, dashboards, key performance indicators, and coordinate management requirements.
- Empower user base by supporting current functionality of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
- Migration of legacy Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems and databases from acquired businesses into Salesforce
- Manage Salesforce users/roles/profiles, workflow rules, flows, and page layouts.
- Perform data inserts and manipulations.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Resolve user reported issues or errors.
- Administer and support installed AppExchange applications.
- Own implementation of data policies involving retention, access, and data integrity.
- Assists in training new users and grow the Salesforce.
com skill set across the organization.
This position does not supervise the work of others.
Minimum requirements: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Engineering Management or in any related field of study plus at least five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
- Salesforce Trailhead rank of Ranger or higherQualified applicants must also have demonstrable proficiency, knowledge, skill, and experience with the following:
- Experience with two or more of the following Salesforce environments: Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Communities (Experience Cloud).
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with Salesforce development including: Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Lightning Components.
- Proficient in SQL and database management systems.
- Solid foundation in data management, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with one or more of the following Business Intelligence tools: Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense.
