We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Data Privacy II to join the Global Privacy Office team. This role is located in NYC OR Pittsburgh, PA – HYBRID- 4 days/w in-office.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Support the Chief Privacy Officer and Global Privacy Office Directors to operationalize the Bank’s privacy strategy and management framework
Provide privacy subject matter expert (SME) support to the business to help them fulfil their regulatory and organizational requirements to protect personal information and uphold the privacy rights of clients and employees, while enabling innovation
Design, develop, enhance and operationalize enterprise-level privacy policies/procedures, processes and controls. Key focus areas include privacy notices, cookie consent and privacy impact assessments. Other areas include privacy automation and personal information processing inventory, as well as regulatory change implementation
Support the deployment of privacy management technology and tools (automation) to enhance data privacy controls
Work with key stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Compliance, business, technology) to implement regulatory compliance initiatives To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s or advanced degree (JD or MBA) or the equivalent combination of education and experience
3+ years’ experience in a privacy role
At least 7-10 years of total work experience preferred. Data Privacy, Information Security, Records Management, Compliance, Consultancy or Financial Services background and/or experience with financial services compliance and/or experience with the assigned products, services or business lines/areas and the applicable data privacy laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators preferred
Understanding of key privacy laws in US and Americas (e.g. California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), FCRA, FACTA, GLBA, Cal
OPPA, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, CASL, HIPAA, HITECH, PIPEDA, US
state privacy laws)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and changing requirements
Team player with an open and collaborative approach to delivering required outcomes

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $100Kand $170K per year at the commencement of employment.
