Expected salary range of $156,600 to $174,000, variesbased on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package thatincludes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Providemanagement of the engineering function of accountability.

PRIMARYDUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Provide management of the engineeringfunction with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements.

Manage the performance and development of assigned engineeringpersonnel relative to site and corporate objectives and providefocus on the attainment of high-quality engineering results.

Directly and through subordinates, fulfill engineering andtechnical leadership accountability regarding short-term andlong-term programs that impact site operations. Participate as inBusiness Planning, Budget, and Business Performance reviewregarding assigned staff. Participate as senior resource toNGG-wide programs and initiatives regarding standardized andenhanced engineering systems and processes.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBS

in Electrical Engineering or License Professional EngineerMinimum of 5 years related experience with commercial or militarynuclear power plant or other utility experience Demonstratedtechnical leadership (e.g. Duty Team Lead, Inspection Lead)Teamwork and accountable to achieving positive results PositiveLeadership Assessment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

ProfessionalEngineering Registration Advanced technical degree, MBA
