Quality Manager Position Available In Wyoming, New York

Position:

Quality Manager We are a leading manufacturer serving worldwide automotive and related markets headquartered in Western New York between Rochester and Buffalo. We are recruiting for an experienced Quality Manager.

Position summary:

Manage and direct quality processes, procedures and personnel to assure Customer Satisfaction through the production of quality products. Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained. Drive systemic improvement spanning quality control, improvement methodologies, and advanced quality planning. The Quality Manager will report to top management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.

Required Qualifications:

BS in Quality Management or Engineering3+ years quality management or equivalentWorking knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive core tools such as Measurement Systems Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Production Part Approval Process, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis, Advanced Product Quality Planning, Control Plans.

Computer proficiencyLeadership abilitiesPlanning abilitiesHigh degree of motivation and organizationEmployee training and developmentExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.
