Job Description

Vice President of Business & Network Development The Emporia Group New Holland, PA 17557 • Hybrid work Our client, Superior Walls of America (SWA), is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Business & Network Development to grow their licensee network, expand their market footprint, and support SWA’s long-term brand sustainability and profitability. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background and capacity for market expansion, sales and account management, franchise development, and executive level leadership. This role requires a combination of abilities: outstanding people skills with an analytical mindset. SWA’s Vice President of Business & Network Development will develop strategies and processes to achieve the business development goals of SWA as well as partner with SWA licensees to achieve success in their market(s).

Responsibilities include:

Participate in organizational strategy and decision-making as a member of the executive leadership team. Cultivate national-level relationships with key stakeholders in construction, architecture, and distribution. Represent SWA at industry events, trade shows, and conferences. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients through account management. Lead strategy creation and execution for identifying, qualifying, and onboarding new licensees in targeted markets. Work closely with marketing, operations, and engineering to align brand messaging and technical readiness with business development efforts. Contribute to initiatives focused on licensee support, retention, and performance optimization. Identify new vertical markets, applications, or geographic regions to expand product adoption. Engage directly with builders, developers, and construction partners to increase pull-through demand. Collaborate with licensees to co-develop regional sales and growth plans. Experience Proven experience leading business development, sales, and/or marketing (or a similar role), preferably in construction, manufacturing, or related industry environemnts. Proven executive leadership experience, preferably with multi-unit or franchise organizations. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field is preferred; MBA is a plus Strong understanding of franchise systems, licensing models, and territory development strategies Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Willingness and ability to travel regularly (approx. 30%) The VP of Business & Network Development role has great opportunity for growth, both personally as a leader and within the company based on performance metrics and role fit. $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
