What you’ll do:

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver Generative AIsystems and experiences that set the industry standard for qualityand engagement
• Coach, mentor, and support engineers at a range oflevels to do their best work
• Partner with product management,product design, learning design, and marketing teammates to iterateon and grow first-of-its-kind AI coaching products
• Develop a deepunderstanding of customer needs and participate in scoping androadmapping
• Stay up to date on the state of the art in GenerativeAI and lead the discussion on how to best leverage the latesttechnology and build for the future
• Oversee the scaling of ourGenerative AI product offerings to millions of users If you havesome or all of the following, please apply:

• Experience building with the latest GenAI technologies
• A track record of success managing engineers at all career levelsfrom Associate to Staff
• Experience working collaboratively in across-functional team and with people at all levels in anorganization
• A high degree of initiative and ownership, combinedwith the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly to change

• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing
