A well-established company is seeking an experienced MEP/HVACProject Manager to manage and deliver exceptional results. Ourproject types include higher education, government, healthcare,industrial, and commercial building projects. SKILLS TeamManagement Develop, establish, and administer procedures andsystems pertaining to team management matters Prepare workload,sales forecasts, and team resources/schedule for administrative andmanagerial functions Project Work Forecasting Work with ProjectTeam Leads to thoroughly review project proposals and contracts toensure that: Projects are managed against the inclusions/exclusionsAdditional services are requested when deemed necessary Provideworkload forecasting as new projects are secured and provideprogress analysis regarding prospective unsecured projects UpdateIntegral accounting system information Client Liaison/CommunicationServe as the principal liaison with selected clients or majorprojects Represent the company at meetings with project clients andother project stakeholders as required Company representative atrelated association meetings, plus dealing with city, provincialand federal officials Teaching Skills Mentor staff in all phases ofthe design process and make recommendations to HR on trainingrequirements Utilize leadership skills and motivation techniques tomaximize employee productivity and satisfaction Quality AssuranceAffect and implement programs to improve the quality of ourservice, products, and systems to meet the client’s requirementsand expectations and to minimize costs and maximize the company’scompetitive position Engage all team members in quality issues toensure that the quality control function is effectively performedUtilize the quality assurance and control programs in the companyAssure adequate field review services are provided to ensureadherence of contract documents

QUALIFICATIONS 10

years ofSheetmetal, Piping, MEP/HVAC and construction Project Managementexperience Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staffCommunication and coaching skills Demonstrated leadership abilitiesProject budgeting skills Able to promptly resolve team managementproblems Organized with exceptional prioritization skills and theability to effectively balance conflicting priorities Timemanagement skills; able to complete commitments in an accurate andtimely manner

DESIRED HVAC
