Reporting directly to the Chief Executive – Security based in our headquarters in New Zealand, this role balances the leadership of the 60+ Security Americas’ team while maintaining close collaboration and connection with the global Security team of 400. As a key member of the Security Executive team, you will help set global strategy while tackling tough challenges, setting future directives, and driving consistency where it matters most. Within the Americas, your high-performing leadership team will look to you for inspiration and coaching as you reinforce a culture of ambition, empowerment, and accountability. About You This role requires experience within a global security manufacturing organization and proven success partnering with a large security channel network driving a minimum of $50M USD of revenue with strong growth over a sustained number of years. You will leverage strong industry connections and a solid reputation to unlock opportunities for both the regional and global teams, maximizing value through a collaborative approach.
