Position Overview We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer/Project Manager to join our team in Warwick, Rhode Island. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced civil or environmental engineer to lead meaningful and technically challenging projects focused on environmental and ecosystem restoration. Our portfolio includes fish passage restoration, dam removal, wetland restoration, and coastal resilience projects. This position offers a hybrid working environment. Responsibilities Manage and lead engineering projects from conception to completion. Serve as a client liaison and manage relationships with Federal agencies (DoD, USEPA, USFWS, NOAA), non-profits, and commercial clients. Direct and review engineering design efforts including: Preparation of plans and specifications Cost estimation HEC-RAS modeling and RMA or similar hydrodynamic modeling AutoCAD-based design Floodplain and habitat restoration design Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers and scientists. Oversee construction administration and QA/QC processes. Participate in EA’s project management training programs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resources Engineering. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license required.

Proven track record in:

Civil and water resources engineering Coastal resilience and/or dam removal projects Preparation and review of technical reports Compliance with environmental regulations Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

$120,000 — $160,000 USD The EA pay range for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee specific compensation or salary.
