Your Mission As a Logistics Engineering Project Manager , you will lead strategic logistics projects—from design through execution—to optimize material flows and drive operational excellence. You’ll serve as a vital link between our international network, customers, and internal operations, ensuring seamless coordination, efficiency, and innovation. Whether launching new logistics activities or refining existing ones, your work will have a direct impact on how we serve our clients and grow our business. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Deployment Design logistics flows and determine the means required for efficient execution. Lead the methods portion of new project deployments, including activity transfers and process optimization. Support the rollout of new or modified logistics operations across Daher locations. Create and maintain clear work instructions, procedures, and documentation. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Analyze logistics performance and identify areas for improvement in quality, speed, and cost. Conduct operational audits and logistics studies to inform smarter decision-making. Contribute to logistics investment plans and ROI analysis for new initiatives. Implement Daher’s SeeD methodology to foster a culture of structured improvement. Collaboration & Culture Build strong, trust-based relationships with operations teams and customers. Work cross-functionally with engineering and project teams across North America and Europe to share best practices, benchmarks, and lessons learned. Actively participate in internal and customer meetings, project reviews, and planning sessions. Be a culture carrier—demonstrate our core values through everyday leadership, teamwork, and communication. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; Industrial or Engineering discipline preferred. 3-5 years of experience in logistics material flow, warehouse layout, or operational logistics. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of detail and accuracy. Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Clear, concise communicator with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to support global initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience in 3PL or in-house logistics within industrial or retail environments. Background in warehouse design, layout, and inventory management. Familiarity with AutoCAD (2D) and macro tools for process visualization and automation. Additional Job Description:
Compensation is $120,000 to $130,000 base salary plus an annual target bonus. Offers to selected candidates will be made on a fair and equitable basis, taking into account specific job-related skills and experience.
