Your Key ResponsibilitiesSchaeffler, a global automotive and industrial supplier, is seekingeager Engineers for our manufacturing facility in Cheraw, SC. Thisis a two-year manufacturing leadership development programcomprised of four six-month rotations that providecross-departmental exposure. Each rotation can be located at any ofour facilities throughout the North American Region (USA, Mexicoand Canada), including the possibility for international rotations.

The first rotation will start in Cheraw, SC. Upon graduation of theprogram, a permanent position in Cheraw, SC is guaranteed. In thismanufacturing leadership program, our Engineers Partner with amentor who is an experienced professional engineering manager todevelop best practices and evolve into a leader at Schaeffler Gainknowledge alongside experts in areas such as production management,quality, supply chain, purchasing, and plant management Trainedbased on the 70:20:10 model which emphasizes a mixture of hands-onexperience, mentoring, and formal training Leadership training andtools to develop leadership skills Executive presentation at theend of each rotation in which their accomplishments are presentedto the Executive Board, senior management, mentors and supervisorsCompany housing for the duration of the program (two years) and acompetitive salary and benefits Become equipped for your guaranteedProduction Leader position upon graduation Your Qualifications Forthis high-potential development program, we are looking forcandidates who are ambitious, creative, enthusiastic, andpassionate about leadership and their professional growth.

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Engineering or Engineering Technology3.0 minimum GPA At least two rotations of relevant co-ops orinternships Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentpreferred Leadership experience or exposure preferred Thoroughunderstanding of engineering principals Excellent Organization andCommunication skills Strong Microsoft Office skills Willingness torelocate every 6 months Our Offering Company Housing duringdomestic and international rotations
