Sign On Bonus Salary Range:

$130,000 – $160,000, depending on qualifications and experience Reimbursement of a portion of relocation expenses for a highly qualified candidate willing to relocate Education/Training + Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering preferred + Must have PE + Relevant licenses or certifications preferred Experience Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electrical engineering for large commercial and/or industrial construction projects. Other relevant experience in project engineering, project management, project controls, pre-fabrication, or estimating will also be considered. Minimum 3 years of managerial experience. Specific Skills/Duties/Proficiencies + Read, interpret, and apply construction documents, drawings, designs, and schematics + Develop designs and specifications for components of the electrical scope of work on commercial and industrial construction projects + Identify and implement opportunities for engineered solutions to installation issues + Experience and proficiency in the use of pre-fabrication for electrical systems installations + Help drive the efficiency and productivity of electrical installations on commercial construction projects + Proficiency with AutoCAD, BIM, Revit, Microsoft Projects, Excel, Bluebeam, ProCore, and/or ConEst + Attention to detail, strong organization skills, and an ability to work collaboratively as a part of a team + Effectively manage an 8-10 person engineering department and support its further growth Additional Requirements and/or Expectations + Must pass a mandatory pre-employment drug screen + Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation + Must be willing and able to relocate and/or commute to our Spindale, NC office location
