Salary:

Job Details Key Responsibilities:

Investigate and address quality concerns and customer feedback. Lead root cause analysis and corrective action implementation. Develop and maintain process and product control plans. Drive Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize manufacturing processes. Oversee ISO and QMS document control and ensure regulatory compliance. Manage statistical analysis and performance metrics for quality improvements. Supervise and mentor a team of up to 10 quality personnel.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or related field). 3 years of experience in quality, process improvement, and manufacturing. Experience with Six Sigma, Lean methodologies, and statistical analysis (Black Belt ). Proficiency in Minitab, Microsoft Office, SAP, CAD, and SolidWorks.
