We invite you to join us! We are seeking a Senior Civil Engineer or Senior Landscape Architect who will bring extensive experience delivering thoughtful and innovative designs. They will help lead the market to diversify our portfolio in the realm of site design.
Responsibilities:
People & Culture Communicate consistently with direct reports, peers, market leadership, and internal clients. Participate in professional organizations. Practice Provide technical leadership on a diverse portfolio of projects. Provide leadership with respect to exceptional and consistent quality of deliverables. Facilitate and encourage workforce development and individual learning through mentoring. Support teams in meeting project commitments. Clients & Business Outcomes Focus business development efforts on middle Tennessee and other geographies as needed to capture work. Negotiate favorable contracts and establish project fees that achieve profitability goals. Establish and nurture client relationships to maintain or improve standing with clients. Lead project teams in a project management or technical leadership role. Collaborate across internal markets to support opportunities and projects led by those markets. Lead teams for successful project outcomes per established project metrics.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in either civil engineering or landscape architecture. Minimum 8 years design experience required. Professional licensure required. Ability to interact professionally and comfortably with a variety of personalities and communication styles and build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships in a collaborative environment.
