Bonus, 401k with company match, vacation, PTO, paid holidays, health, dental, vision insurance Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Regional Commercial Project Manager (Mechanical) to oversee and manage the execution of mechanical projects in the commercial/multifamily construction sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, with a focus on HVAC and mechanical systems, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage mechanical project teams across multiple sites in the region. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources for mechanical systems. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution. Conduct project estimation and prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for mechanical installations. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Implement project management best practices to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to address project needs and concerns. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial construction sector, specifically focusing on HVAC and mechanical systems. Proven track record of managing multifamily construction projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of project estimation and budgeting processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
