Summary:
Seeking a Product Launch Engineer to oversee manufacturing operations and support new program launches in Tier-1 Automotive production.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business or engineering preferred 2 to 4 years of leadership experience Experience with lean production, continuous flow, Toyota Production Systems, and metal machining, fabrication or assembly in automotive industry
Responsibilities:
Oversee manufacturing operations in a specific area of the facility Support transition from process development to actual manufacturing capability Supervise team leaders and manage shift operations Build communication continuity between shifts Implement inventory reduction and cost improvement strategies Maintain employee relations and development Manage quality, quantity, and cost objectives achievement Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures
