Job Description
Engineering Manager –
Quality, Springfield, Tennessee:
Develop and Implement strategies to ensure high-quality releases, and a high-quality product. Define and implement quality metrics and be accountable for KPIs to measure and improve product quality. Manage all aspects of QA/QC requirements. Implement, maintain, and improve Quality Management System, providing quality oversight, and develop and lead the Quality Assurance function. Own Corrective Action, IMT (Inspection, Measurement & Testing), & Internal Audit. Develop, implement and manage Quality operating systems. Provide technical and statistical support to Engineering, Tooling and Manufacturing. Develop, Document and Maintain Quality standards, inspection criteria and procedures. Utilize skills such as APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, GD& T, QMS and 8D.
Requirements:
Master s degree or Equivalent in Industrial, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or related plus 1 year of work experience in Quality Engineering field.
