Duties and Responsibilities Development and training of Assembly Engineering Members including routine evaluations and goal setting. Communication with Production, Quality, HR, and other relevant depts. Co-develop/mature new program products with other related Engineering Departments and other relevant functions, including Japan Engineering members. Leadership for implementation for design changes. Ability to travel abroad
