Role:

As a Site Quality Manager, you will manage Quality physical Indicators on the site. You will develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional Operation / Product Line, Product Group, Division & Group, and promote the Quality Culture while representing the customer within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation). Quick Response Quality Control (QRQC): Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily to the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC Manage the quick responses for incidents (0km & warranty) Internally and with Customer, and support the team analyzing the incidents. Contribute to, or, in the absence of R D in the site, lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity (Detection, Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice approval…..). Manage sorting companies (Work instructions, training, reporting, invoice validation…) Ensure Quick Response for supplier incidents. Challenge the PG SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action. 5

Axes:

Actively support the Site GM in the implementation of the 5 Axes & lead the Total Quality improvement plan

Team:

Manage Quality network in the site SQA Technician Manage the Quality PTM for P0, in Launch team of P1 Laboratory and calibration, when relevant / no R D on site. APU Quality Engineers & Technicians (Functional leadership) Quality System Engineers & Technicians Super-control / firewall

System:

Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit). Participate in, and perform, on job training on the Gemba, Layered Process Audits, Standard Existing Deployed Enforced (StEDE) assessments, Reverse-FMEA …. Projects & change management: Participate in the project launch meetings: Represent the Site General Manager to confirm if each project activity respects the customer’s requirements. Support the analyses, provide production data to enable effective decision-making and propose solutions. Perform Weekly One On One Meetings with the Quality Project Team Members or Manager, depending upon the organization. Enforce Quality and customer requirements in the Technical Committee, Project Steering Committee, Project Management Committee & Project Launch Committee when relevant (depending upon organization defined in the Clean Project Management part 2) and / or Site Change Committee). For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure.

What You Should Have:

You have an Engineering Degree or related major Degree Minimum of 6 years Automotive/manufacturing experience Minimum of 5 years in Quality and operational position in Automotive experience Lean Manufacturing experience-required Join us!
