Job Description
Plans, organizes and controls the planning and engineering support of all three operating divisions (AGFS, OPS, & DGO) under a market concept within a geographic area/market. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree/equivalent. Minimum Experience Five (5) years related business experience in an engineering discipline, operations research or industrial management field plus one (1) year of management experience in the last five (5) years. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of FedEx operations with strong basic management, analytical, human relations and communications skills required. Minimum Education Bachelor’s degree/equivalent. Strong transportation and logistics, airline operations and/or freight forwarder experience with demonstrated results. Polished communication and presentation skills with all leadership levels. Strategy experience is a plus. Remote is an option.
