We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our Civil and Heavy Highway projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects while maintaining a high level of safety and quality. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction site
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to project specifications
Maintain a safe work environment for all workers on site
Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
Identify and resolve any issues that arise during construction
Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and progress Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in Civil and Heavy Highway construction
Experience with bridge construction is required
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and blueprints
OSHA 30 certification is preferred Benefits
