• A fast-growing real estate investment and development firm is seeking a
• Vice President of Development
• to lead the execution of ground-up andvalue-add projects, with a focus on hospitality and multifamily assets.

This role combines strategic planning, project oversight, and teamleadership, and plays a key role in driving innovation, communitystewardship, and investor returns. Must have “ground-up” constructionexperience and he ability to move to Cleveland or travel regularly tothe area. Relocation package available.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development efforts across hospitality and multifamily projects
• Manage feasibility analysis, budgeting, financing, and timelines
• Oversee cross-functional teams including internal staff and third-party partners
• Mentor and grow a high-performing team with a collaborative culture
• Ensure compliance, manage risk, and maintain stakeholder relationships
• Integrate tech-forward solutions to enhance the guest and resident experience

• Qualifications:

• 10+ years in real estate development, with strong experience in hospitality and/or multifamily
• Proven track record in managing full-cycle development projects
• Strong financial acumen and leadership capabilities
