Restoration Manager SERVPRO of Cullman/Blount, Walker/Winston, Russellville/Hamilton/Fayette Cullman, AL 35057 Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Restoration Manager to lead our restoration team. The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Production/Restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the restoration industry, particularly in areas such as mold remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing projects, ensuring quality work, and maintaining high standards of safety and compliance. The Restoration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring that properties are cleaned and restored efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Provide priority response to potential customers. Conduct thorough assessments of damaged properties to determine the scope of work required. Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate. Coordinate and oversee Restoration services with crews and subcontractors. Document and/or review job file to support the services provided. Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders. Manage and oversee restoration projects including mold remediation, fire restoration, and water damage restoration. Utilize power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to perform necessary repairs and restorations. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Train and supervise team members in proper restoration techniques and equipment usage. Ensure all work is completed to company standards and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, including photos, reports, and invoices. Collaborate with insurance adjusters and clients to facilitate the claims process. Implement best practices for asbestos abatement when necessary. Recruit Production/Restoration personnel. Manage Production/Restoration personnel. Continued development of leadership and management skills, as well as restoration expertise. Other tasks/duties as required by employer. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry with a strong understanding of mold remediation, fire restoration, water damage restoration, and asbestos abatement. Proficiency in using various power tools and hand tools related to restoration work. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, team members, and stakeholders. Commitment to maintaining a clean work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Certification in relevant areas (e.g., IICRC certification) is strongly preferred. A valid driver’s license is required for travel between job sites. Xactimate experience preferred. Technologically Proficient (iPad, iPhone, Laptop, other misc. programs) Minimum 1 year management and/or supervisory experience. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and management skills. Effective written and oral communication skills Experience in cleaning, restoration preferred.

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours and Travel Requirements:

This is a full-time position working 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, 45 hours per week. The Candidate will be required to be On-Call in a weekly rotation for dispatching Restoration Crews and communicating with customers and clients. This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), including evenings and weekends, as needed. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected. This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment; however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities.
