Water, Fire, and Mold Mitigation Foreman Endy’s Carpet Cleaning and Restoration 1684 Target Court, Fort Myers, FL 33905 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Supervisor to lead our restoration team in various projects, including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and a comprehensive understanding of the restoration industry. This role requires hands-on experience with both hand and power tools, as well as a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. Supervise and train team members in the use of hand tools and power tools for restoration tasks. Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines are met and resources are allocated effectively. Conduct inspections to assess damage and determine appropriate restoration methods for water damage, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress, timelines, and any changes that may arise. Ensure proper documentation of work performed, including before-and-after photos for client records. Experience Proven experience in the restoration industry, specifically in areas such as water damage restoration, mold remediation, or asbestos abatement. Familiarity with cleaning processes including carpet cleaning techniques. Strong knowledge of building practices related to restoration projects. Ability to lead a team effectively while fostering a collaborative work environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work.
