Role:
We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Restoration Project Manager to oversee property remediation projects involving water, fire, mold, and environmental hazards. In this role, you will manage all phases of restoration efforts—from initial assessment to project completion—ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in damage restoration and experience leading field teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and manage property restoration projects from assessment through final walkthrough Oversee teams conducting water extraction, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and asbestos abatement Coordinate daily field operations and communicate with subcontractors and technicians Use hand tools, power tools, and cleaning equipment to assist in restoration when necessary Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and all local, state, and federal regulations Maintain project timelines, budgets, and documentation Conduct quality assurance inspections throughout the project lifecycle Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and insurance representatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in restoration/remediation project management Familiarity with water damage mitigation and fire restoration techniques Knowledge of mold remediation and asbestos abatement protocols Hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage field crews effectively Excellent communication and client service skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities IICRC certifications (preferred but not required)
