EXPECTATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
On adaily basis, environmental engineers will… Conduct pre-construction surveys, monitoring, and preparemonitoring reports Maintain compliance with environmental permits andregulations Assure that erosion and sedimentation control measures areinstalled and maintained Assist with planning, developing, coordinating and ensuring thesuccessful completion of projects Prepare and monitor project schedules to assure successfuldelivery of projects on time and on budget Prepare engineering project proposals in coordination withother engineers Make independent decisions and take responsibility for projectsolutions
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from aU.S. accredited college or university At least 5 years of experience as an environmentalengineer Relevant environmental compliance experience Experience in implementing the National Environmental PolicyAct (NEPA) Experience in technical writing Registered Civil Engineer (PE) in the State of Georgia Strong written, verbal, computer and organizational skills Ability to work as a team US citizenship Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Word and Primavera P6; AutoCAD isa plus 3.0 GPA or better required
