The ideal candidate will have experience in various restoration tasks, including water damage restoration, water extraction and mold. This role requires a hands-on approach, utilizing both hand and power tools to build, restore, and clean affected areas. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that properties are returned to their pre-loss condition efficiently and effectively. Duties Perform water damage restoration services, including extraction and drying of affected areas. Conduct mold remediation following industry standards and safety protocols. Utilize hand tools and power tools for building and restoring damaged structures. Clean carpets and other surfaces as part of the restoration process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all projects. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project status and requirements. Follow safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others. Requirements Proven experience in the restoration industry is preferred, with specific skills in water damage restoration and mold remediation being highly desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
