$35.1K – $46.3K a year 20 hours ago Qualifications Hazardous Waste Operations & Emergency Response Training Water damage restoration Mold remediation Restoration Mid-level Fire restoration Cleaning Full Job Description Establish and record the scope of work to be accomplished Coordinate and supervise work on Water Mitigation Services (to include extraction, developing drying plans, and providing project documentation Coordinate and supervise work on Mold Remediation Services (including demolition and cleaning) Oversee equipment maintenance and expendables Communicate with Management & Customers Train and supervise restoration technicians and assistant technicians Maintain relationship with adjusters/owners and communicate with updates as needed Perform on-call rotation as needed, responding to emergencies and travel requirements Complete jobs successfully and obtain certificate of completion Complete all necessary job-specific training Other duties and activities as required’ ‘ This job will require you to pass a background check:
