What You’ll Do:

Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites Set up, operate, and break down mold remediation and drying equipment Perform demolition tasks: cutting drywall, removing damaged materials (flooring, insulation, etc.) Conduct general cleaning and deodorizing Complete documentation (moisture readings, job notes, etc.) via mobile apps or paperwork Support with contents pack-out and storage Assist in post-fire and water damage cleaning Be available for on-call emergency work (rotating schedule)

Requirements:

Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Some experience with tools or construction is a plus Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
