Property Damage Restoration PuroClean of the Tri-Cities Johnson City, TN 37615 PuroClean of Tri-Cities provides 24-Hour emergency services and cleaning to people who have suffered water, fire and mold damages to their home or business.

Technician summary:

• As a technician, you will work alongside and assist Production Team Leaders on water, fire, and mold remediation jobs.
• Mitigation tasks include utilizing industry equipment to dry structures, tear out of damaged materials, and daily monitoring of progress with moisture meters.
• Fire losses vary from detailed cleaning of soot damaged rooms and content to demolition of heavily affected areas.
• Some jobs require the packing and moving of content (furniture) for storage or offsite cleaning. This can include repetitive or strenuous lifting
• Working in confined areas such as attics and crawlspaces is often required.
• No prior experience is necessary
• Training is provided and certifications are available.

Technician Requirements:

• Positive attitude and a willingness to accept responsibility.
• A good driving record and valid license (We Check)
• Drug Free (We Check)
• Background Screening (We Check)
• Tobacco Free Workplace (No tobacco or Vape products while working)
• Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (moving furniture, loading, and unloading equipment)
• Able to work within a confined space
• Able to wear necessary PPE (respirator, Tyvek suit, gloves, etc.)
• Participate in a mandatory after hours, on-call rotation for emergency service
• Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends
