Role:
As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for preventivemaintenance and corrective repairs for buildings, industrialsystems, vehicles, equipment, and grounds. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services jobfunction. They are responsible for providing support, preventivemaintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee maintenance and repairs to the mechanical, industrial,plumbing, structural, life safety, and control systems for thefacility to keep facility and building systems up to applicablestandards as assigned. Review assigned work orders, estimate time and materials neededto complete the repair and maintain inventory of adequate suppliesand tools. Implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure thatbuilding machinery and systems meet or exceed their rated life;oversee repairs and emergency maintenance as needed. Review inspections of building and industrial systems includingfire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure the operation ofequipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmentalconditions prescribed by the client. Oversee compliance with all applicable codes, regulations,governmental agencies, and company directives related to buildingoperations and work safety. Operate company-issued vehicles in the execution of daily workresponsibilities. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provideinnovative solutions. Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job disciplineand broad knowledge of several job disciplines within thefunction. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with

What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, acombination of experience and education will be considered.
Universal CFC certification and Valid Driver’s license required.
Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred. Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability tolift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiplesources of information. Willingness to take a new perspective on existingsolutions. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examplesinclude Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
