Job Description I am partnered up with a highly ranked A&E Firm who is seeking a Mechanical Engineer – PM (HVAC & Plumbing). Please reach out to me directly to learn more about this position.
Responsibilities:
Design heating-ventilations-cooling systems and plumbing systems
Coordinate with other disciplines and work in a team environment
Review installation of designed equipment/systems for compliance with construction documents
Prepare construction cost estimates
Load calculations, life cycle costing and energy modeling
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 years of experience in design, layout and analysis for HVAC and plumbing systems required
PE required
Proficiency in Revit required
