14055 Riveredge Dr, Ste 250, Tampa, 33637 The community you’ll be caring for: AdventHealth Medical Group West FL The role you’ll contribute: Coordinate the work order request system, maintain logs and records for recurring inspections by outside agencies, use the Trane Tracer ES Building Automation System to adjust room temperatures and be a first responder for emergencies requiring the use of fire alarm panels, security lock system, medical gas alarm panels and order repair parts for the maintenance staff. This position will support Non-Acute entities for the West Florida Region, to include multiple business units and counties. It will require extensive travel to AHMG medical offices as well as our Care Pavilions to service Imaging, Lab and Ambulatory in addition to the medical practices that occupy this space. The value you’ll bring to the team: Manages the PeopleSoft Maintenance Management system to efficiently and accurately prioritize work orders submitted by non-Acute staff Evaluates work orders to determine if they are to be handled internally or dispatched to external vendor to maximize cost savings. Manages record keeping requirements for external inspections by AHJ (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) Ordering of parts for maintenance technicians Maintains proficiency in operator function with several alarm notification systems. Demonstrates the ability to fully operate the Trane Tracer ES building automation.
