Job Description
•Veterans Preference•We are hiring a Mechanical Engineer/Project Manager at its Orlando-Maitland, FL location. Position is responsible for project management/coordination, as well as project design responsibilities, relating to commercial and healthcare building HVAC design and construction, including HVAC cooling/heating load calculations, sizing of ductwork/piping, HVAC unit sizing and equipment selection, including DX and chilled water equipment, pumps, and cooling towers.
Requires BSME, plus 5+ years’ experience relevant to commercial and healthcare building design projects. All candidates will be expected to perform well in a team environment and provide written and verbal communication and possess a working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Prior project management/coordination experience is strongly preferred.
Relocation assistance will be considered.
