Job Description
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer/Team Lead to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to step into a leadership role on exciting, yet complex projects locally, nationally and overseas!
Responsibilities
Manage multi-disciplinary teams on projects related to Government, Healthcare, Science & Technology, University, Mixed-Use and more!
Participate in recruiting efforts across the firm
Provide mentoring and direction to junior team members
Incorporate sustainable design methods in buildings and prepare green rating system documentation
Design mechanical systems including heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls
Maintain strong client relations as it pertains to project delivery and repeat business
Qualifications
Professional Engineering Degree in Engineering required from an accredited four-year university
P.E. License is Required
10+ years of experience with HVAC Design/Engineering
LEED AP BD+C
preferred
Familiarity with BIM
Ability to monitor and manage project budgets
Business development capabilities.
Demonstrated knowledge in sustainable design
Project Management and supervisor experience preferred
