5 10% (primarily for installations or troubleshooting)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Controls Engineer with strong electrical, electronic, and electromechanical expertise to join our team. You ll be a key contributor in developing and supporting control systems for HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, from concept through field implementation. This is a hands-on engineering role with involvement across product development, testing, field installation, and team collaboration.
Qualifications:
7+ years of relevant experience including:
2+ years in circuit board design, control system development, and electrical power systems.
Hands-on experience with instrumentation: oscilloscopes, power analyzers, multimeters.
Design and qualification of electronic/electromechanical components.
HVAC or refrigeration control systems experience is a must.
Strong proficiency in electrical CAD tools and Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and embedded control systems.
Field installation and remote system diagnostics.
Knowledge of building management systems (BMS).
Product development experience from concept to launch.
