You’ll be a key player in ensuring that mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and production systems across assigned facilities are operating at peak performance—supporting everything from comfort to compliance.
  • What You’ll Be Doing Daily
  • Maintenance & Operations
  • + Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. + Troubleshoot and maintain production equipment and building infrastructure, both interior and exterior. + Operate and monitor building automation systems, fire/life safety systems, and utility services.
  • Safety First
  • + Conduct hazard assessments and follow all safety procedures. + Maintain clean, organized, and safe workspaces. + Stay compliant with local ordinances, codes, and safety regulations.
  • Administrative & Technical Reporting
  • + Update work orders in real time using CMMS (e.g., Corrigo). + Attend safety and operations meetings. + Submit daily receipts and escalate issues as needed.
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Required Qualifications
  • + High School Diploma or GED. +
  • Minimum 4 years
  • of hands-on experience in building engineering and maintenance. + Valid state driver’s license. + Universal CFC Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). + Ability to work on-call and in varying physical conditions (e.g., heights, tight spaces, extreme temperatures).
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • + Trade school certification or apprenticeship (electrical, HVAC, plumbing). + 3rd party certification in technical specialties. + Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and CMMS platforms.
