Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to ensure the optimal operation and upkeep of our barn facilities. This position requires technical expertise and dedication to maintaining facility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary technical specialist for comprehensive maintenance operations, including plumbing systems and electrical infrastructureExecute preventative maintenance procedures to ensure continuous operational efficiency of facility equipmentRespond to and resolve facility emergencies, including power interruptions, water-related incidents, and other critical situationsPerform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks to maintain facility integrity and operational standardsUndertake additional maintenance projects and responsibilities as assigned by managementThis position requires strong technical aptitude and systematic approach to facility maintenance. The role demands attention to detail and commitment to maintaining operational excellence through proactive facility management.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent requiredMinimum of five years of facility maintenance experienceDemonstrated engineering knowledge through formal education and practical experience

Physical Requirements and Technical Skills:

Proficiency in the operation of hand tools and maintenance equipmentAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsPhysical capability to perform essential functions including:

Standing and walking for extended periodsKneeling, crouching, and bendingReaching and graspingWorking in various weather conditionsCompetency in radio communication protocols

Certifications:

Must possess and maintain all relevant licenses and certifications required for the position
