Job DescriptionMaintain and ensure optimal operation of facility systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related infrastructure. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipmentDiagnose technical issues and implement appropriate solutionsRespond to emergency situations including fire alarms, power outages, and water-related incidentsExecute preventative maintenance procedures according to established schedulesIdentify and report necessary major repairs or system upgrades to managementMaintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentationPerform additional duties as assigned by management QualificationsReady to join our maintenance dream team?
