Job DescriptionMaintain and ensure optimal operation of facility systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and related infrastructure. Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipmentDiagnose technical issues and implement appropriate solutionsRespond to emergency situations including fire alarms, power outages, and water-related incidentsExecute preventative maintenance procedures according to established schedulesIdentify and report necessary major repairs or system upgrades to managementMaintain comprehensive maintenance records and documentationPerform additional duties as assigned by management

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:

Minimum age of {AGE} yearsTrade school diploma or equivalent practical experienceMinimum of three years’ experience in commercial or industrial facility maintenanceDemonstrated proficiency in operation and maintenance of hand and power toolsStrong technical competency in interpreting manuals, schematics, and blueprintsPhysical capability to lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or moreCurrent relevant certifications and licenses with willingness to obtain additional credentials as required

Preferred Qualifications:
