We are seeking a highlyskilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join ourdynamic team in the construction industry. The successful candidatewill play a pivotal role in designing and implementing mechanicalsystems for our commercial construction projects. You will have theopportunity to work on a variety of projects, utilizing your skillsin Auto Cad and Revit to create innovative and efficient designs.

Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success and qualityof our projects, making this role integral to our operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop, design, and implement mechanical systemsfor commercial construction projects, including HVAC systems.

Utilize Auto Cad and Revit to create detailed 2D or 3D designs.

Collaborate with a team of engineers and other professionals onproject planning and implementation. Analyze mechanical systems forpotential improvements and redesigns. Ensure all mechanical designsmeet the requirements of the project and comply with all relevantregulations and quality standards. Conduct site inspections toensure the mechanical systems are implemented correctly andefficiently. Troubleshoot and solve problems related to mechanicaldesign. Provide technical guidance and support to the constructionteam. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills byattending workshops, researching emerging trends in theconstruction industry, and studying product design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related fieldpreferred. Mechanical engineer with minimum 2 years of experiencein HVAC design for commercial buildings. Applicant should befamiliar with building HVAC load analysis and multiple HVAC systemtypes as well as the International Mechanical and EnergyConservation Codes. Proven experience with HVAC system design.
