YourRole at a GlanceAs a Maintenance Engineer, you will: Work closely with Maintenance and Reliability Engineers toimplement maintenance and reliability strategies for plantequipment, maintenance practices, and equipment commissioning. Analyze equipment failures, isolate failure modes, and addresstime-sensitive issues promptly. Coordinate and implement proactive maintenance practices toensure efficient and high-quality production.
Your Responsibilities Apply maintenance and reliability best practices, includingRoot Cause Failure Analysis, Failure Modes Effects and CriticalityAnalysis, MRO/ Storeroom Analysis, Asset Criticality Analysis, andCMMS Asset Management. Develop, implement, and optimize maintenance and reliabilityprocesses. Ensure technical accuracy of job plans and establish equipmenttolerances and specifications. Verify and update BOM after equipment modifications. Assist in the collection and analysis of machinery failuredata. Optimize Mean-Time-To-Repair (MTTR) and develop equipmentmodification plans. Make equipment recommendations to improve performance,maintainability, and reliability. Standardize parts across similar machines and manage spareparts inventory. Maintain current and correct OEM specifications, manuals, andprocedures for plant assets. Develop new methods for timely repair and lead Root CauseFailure Analysis for chronic failures. Support the development of Design for Reliability (DFR)standards and participate in early project management for newequipment installations. Mentor technicians on reliability maintenance tools andprinciples. Assist with technical skill training and identify trainingneeds for new or modified equipment. Monitor and evaluate production processes and equipment usingmetrics and real-time monitoring techniques. Conduct routine maintenance, respond to equipment failures, andtroubleshoot breakdown issues. Maintain precision maintenance tools and supplies and respondto emergencies and repairs. Remove gaps in preventative maintenance plans and ensurecontinuous improvement within the plant.

We’re looking for someone with: 4-year degree preferred, 2-year technical degree considered,preferably in a related, business or technical field such asmechanical, chemical or electrical engineering and/ or 3+ years ofexperience in similar role. 2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry, foodproduction is preferred. Preferred experience of working as a Maintenance Planner andMaintenance Supervisor in an industrial environment.
