- What You’ll Do
- + Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
+ Travel between facilities (within a 3.5-4 hour radius) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain operational systems. + Monitor equipment, record readings, and make necessary adjustments to ensure peak performance. + Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in compliance with safety procedures and policies. + Collaborate with vendors and monitor contractor performance to ensure quality maintenance standards. + Respond to emergency repair needs as part of a rotating on-call schedule (24/7 for urgent issues only). + Keep accurate records and utilize CMMS platforms for work orders and maintenance tracking.
- What You Bring

Required Qualifications:
- + High School Diploma or equivalent. +
- 5-7 years of HVAC experience
- , ideally in commercial or industrial environments. + Strong working knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems. + Ability to diagnose system malfunctions and carry out repairs safely and efficiently. +
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- and
- Universal Type III Certification.
- + Valid driver’s license and comfort with regional travel.

Pay Details:
- $39.
