• What You’ll Do
• + Perform inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.

+ Travel between facilities (within a 3.5-4 hour radius) to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain operational systems. + Monitor equipment, record readings, and make necessary adjustments to ensure peak performance. + Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in compliance with safety procedures and policies. + Collaborate with vendors and monitor contractor performance to ensure quality maintenance standards. + Respond to emergency repair needs as part of a rotating on-call schedule (24/7 for urgent issues only). + Keep accurate records and utilize CMMS platforms for work orders and maintenance tracking.

• What You Bring

• Required Qualifications:

• + High School Diploma or equivalent. +
• 5-7 years of HVAC experience
• , ideally in commercial or industrial environments. + Strong working knowledge of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) systems. + Ability to diagnose system malfunctions and carry out repairs safely and efficiently. +
• EPA 608 Universal Certification

• Universal Type III Certification.
• + Valid driver’s license and comfort with regional travel.

• Preferred:

• + Experience using CMMS systems and computer programs such as Word and Excel. + Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills. + Familiarity with facility management tools and reporting procedures.
