$39.37/hr Typical business hours are 7am-4pm CST We’re seeking a skilled and versatile

  • Mobile Engineer / Maintenance Technician
  • to support and service multiple commercial facilities in the
  • Tupelo, MS to Memphis, MS area
  • . In this field-based role, you’ll apply your HVAC and building systems expertise to keep essential services running at peak performance—directly supporting 24/7 operations that communities and businesses depend on.
  • Your Role:
  • As a Mobile Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and optimizing critical building systems across multiple facilities within a 3.

5-4 hour radius.

Your day-to-day will include:

+ Performing routine and emergency maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems + Inspecting, troubleshooting, calibrating, and replacing system components + Monitoring and adjusting equipment for proper function, ensuring compliance with safety and performance standards + Managing preventive maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and contractor oversight + Responding to urgent issues as part of an on-call rotation (emergency support only) + Traveling between locations to provide consistent, high-quality facility support + Keeping accurate logs and records in accordance with safety and operational guidelines

  • What You Bring:
  • Required:
  • + High school diploma or
GED + 5-7

years of commercial HVAC experience + Strong understanding of commercial building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety) + Universal EPA 608 Certification (Type III) + Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within a multi-state region + Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently + Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
