Our client, a leader in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Engineer, you will be part of the operations team supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

• 29 an hour What’s the Job?

Perform maintenance and repairs to Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, and HVAC systems to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
Travel between multiple facilities to monitor and maintain proper functioning of equipment.
Conduct cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, and changing parts to maintain HVAC systems at optimum performance levels.
Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Comply with safety procedures and maintain a clean and safe workplace.
What’s Needed?
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
5-7 years of HVAC experience required.
Experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
Universal Type III Certification.
Valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Universal Certification.
