Compensation:

Up to $17.00 per hour, Full-Time

What You’ll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff:

Hotel Maintenance:

Maintain the interior and exterior of the hotel, including guest rooms, public restrooms, vending areas, storage areas, and fixtures.

Guest Support:

Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance requests, resolving issues to guests’ satisfaction.

Problem Solving:

Troubleshoot and repair equipment and facilities as needed.

Facility Care:

Handle objects and equipment, ensuring the hotel is clean, safe, and fully operational.
What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
3-6 months of related maintenance experience or training.

Skills & Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.
Frequent standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, and moving about the work area.
Comfort working in high-temperature areas and around heavy equipment.

Flexibility:

Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Must Be Able To Work Nights & Weekends!
