1.Develop, design, and implement mechanical components and systems,ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards.2. Conduct load calculations to determine system requirements anddesign specifications. 3. Collaborate closely with the team todevelop and implement efficient processes. 4. Troubleshoot andresolve any mechanical issues that arise. 5. Ensure all designs andprocesses adhere to regulatory standards and best practices. 6.Provide technical guidance and support to the team, helping toimprove productivity and efficiency. 7. Continually evaluatemechanical engineering practices and processes, identifying areasfor improvement and implementing new strategies as required. 8.Participate in project planning and scheduling, ensuring all tasksare completed on time and within budget. 9. Maintain professionaland technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,reviewing professional publications, and participating inprofessional societies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree inMechanical Engineering or a related field is required. 2. A minimumof 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer. 3. Possession ofa valid Professional Engineering License. 4. Proficient inconducting load calculations and designing mechanical systems. 5.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention todetail. 6. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes andproduction workflows. 7. Proficient in using CAD software fordesigning mechanical components and systems. 8. Excellentcommunication and teamwork skills, with the ability to workeffectively in a collaborative environment. 9. Ability to managemultiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing workload to meetdeadlines. 10. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards andindustry best practices. Interested in hearing more?
