HVAC Engineer Position Available In Monroe, New York

HVAC Engineer About the Role We’re looking for an experience HVAC Engineer to join our high-performing facilities team. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC and building systems across 13 diverse site locations. From rooftop units to building automation systems, your work will directly impact the comfort, safety, and efficiency of our operations. What You’ll Do Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, lighting, and mechanical systems. Service and operate120-150 Air Handler Units, including large-scale systems up to 60 tons. Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems—consoles, data panels, sensors, and more.

Replace key HVAC components:

compressors, condensers, evaporator coils, and valves.

Execute electrical repairs:

conduit bending, cable pulling, panel and motor maintenance. Handle interior and exterior building maintenance, from structural fixes to lighting. Manage inventory and stock control to keep operations running smoothly. Drive a company-provided vehicle between sites and manage work orders via iPad. What You’ll Bring 10+ years of commercial HVAC experience EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 Strong experience in plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems Experience with Daikin, York, and Carrier HVAC systems
