The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plumbing designs and layouts, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and standards, and collaborating with engineers and architects to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities Create accurate and detailed plumbing drawings and schematics using CAD and Revit software. Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop plumbing layouts that meet project specifications and codes. Perform take offs and material estimations for plumbing systems to support project budgeting and planning. Review and interpret project specifications, plumbing codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs. Utilize 3D modeling techniques to visualize plumbing systems and integrate with other building systems such as HVAC. Conduct field surveys to gather data and assess existing plumbing conditions for renovations and new constructions.
