We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman/Drafter specializing in plumbing systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating detailed plumbing designs and layouts, ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and standards, and collaborating with engineers and architects to deliver high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities
Create accurate and detailed plumbing drawings and schematics using CAD and Revit software.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop plumbing layouts that meet project specifications and codes.
Perform take offs and material estimations for plumbing systems to support project budgeting and planning.
Review and interpret project specifications, plumbing codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all designs.
Utilize 3D modeling techniques to visualize plumbing systems and integrate with other building systems such as HVAC.
Conduct field surveys to gather data and assess existing plumbing conditions for renovations and new constructions.
Participate in design reviews and provide technical support during the construction phase.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Draftsman/Drafter in plumbing design or a related field.
Proficient in CAD software and Revit; familiarity with

NAVISWORK

is a plus.
Solid understanding of plumbing codes, regulations, and best practices.
Experience in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drafting is highly desirable.
Strong skills in 2D and 3D drafting and modeling.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
